Exciting Opportunity : Underground Electrician Bradshaw Mine, Timmins, ON)
Dumas is a leading full-service underground mining contractor providing services to clients throughout the Americas. We specialize in mine construction, mine development, production mining, mine services and engineering.
Technical Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of all safety, health and environmental regulations as they pertain to the work and workplace.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations
- Ability to install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
- Ability to test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices
