Annual Review

Responsibilities

Accountable / responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers.

Field and respond to customer inquiries.

Administration duties for Service Department : looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service

Maintain customer relations as a top priority

Issuing / receiving of purchase orders for service department.

Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians

Timecard entry

Warranty administration

Requirements

2 + years of related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.

Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators, and Marine industry is an asset.

Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, outlook, word, excel and power point

Parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator

Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc..

Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
