When you're not on-call, you typically work Tuesday - Saturday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm with some flexibility.As our Program Director, you contribute to the growth and well-being of adults with disabilities. This is a dynamic position where you skillfully oversee the various administrative, clinical, and therapeutic operations of our group home, delivering exceptional home health care to our residents.You coordinate residents' routines and maintain an organized structure in their days. Attentively, you oversee therapeutic program delivery to guarantee quality, crafting programs to meet each person's individual service plan (ISP). Encouraging positive behavior, you foster a cohesive approach to home health care and make sure our residents' needs are appropriately met.Ready to provide critical therapeutic support to people with disabilities?
