Hourly Wage : $34.83
Location : Meadowbank, BC
As a Loader Operator , you will play a critical role in our operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials to support our production processes. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work in a rotating shift pattern that maximizes your work-life balance.
So, what will you be doing?
The core responsibilities and duties include :
- Equipment Operation : Skillfully operate a variety of mobile equipment and tools essential for production and maintenance activities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the plant operator to efficiently manage the movement of fibre from storage piles to the plant, ensuring smooth storage and production processes.
- Safety Compliance : Uphold the highest safety standards by strictly adhering to all relevant government regulations and corporate policies.
- Maintenance : Perform routine cleaning tasks and special projects, both inside and outside of equipment, as directed by your supervisor.
- Incident Reporting : Promptly report any safety incidents or infractions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuous Improvement : Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
