ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Junior HRIS Analyst to play a key role in implementing and optimizing HR systems. Partnering with senior leaders, you will help shape the rollout of a new system, ensuring its effectiveness across the business. You will collaborate with HR teams, support SAP SuccessFactors, and contribute to process improvements, training, and system testing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to support system implementation

Document business processes and training materials for SAP SuccessFactors

Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements

Generate reports and provide insights to improve HR technology strategies

Support HRIS initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HRIS support

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Macros)

Ability to analyze data and optimize HR systems

Excellent communication and training delivery skills
