  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and specifications in both metric and imperial units;
  • Conduct quality inspections and make adjustments to ensure optimal production output;
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work and equipment areas;
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines;
  • Troubleshoot machining issues efficiently and participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Support prototype machining and small production runs as required.

Requirements

  • CNC Machinist Journeyman certification (required);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment;
  • Proficient in CNC programming, especially Mastercam (toolpaths, optimization, G-code editing);
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measuring instruments;
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Adaptable to changing job requirements and evolving technology;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining challenges.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage: $30–$40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications;
  • Comprehensive dental and health insurance coverage;
  • Allowances for boots and personal protective equipment;
  • Premium incentives for First Aid certification, afternoon shifts, and overtime opportunities;
  • Full-time hours with every second Friday off, supporting work-life balance;
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.

If you are a skilled CNC Machinist looking to join a respected, forward-thinking manufacturer, we would love to hear from you. This is a long-term opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive work environment. We look forward to receiving your application!
