You'll play a key role in identifying top IT talent while supporting the growth and excellence of our recruitment practice.
Main Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct structured interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
- Deliver a smooth, professional, and human-centered candidate experience
