The Opportunity :

IMP Group is searching for a  IT Operations Analyst to join our IT department. Under the direction of the Manager, IT Operations, the Service Desk Analyst will be an integral part of a team responsible for supporting IT applications and services, including issue resolution and technical incident management.

What You Will Do :

• Manage incoming support requests and route to appropriate support groups as required
• Set up new users and facilitate password resets, provision user access in enterprise applications
• Work with colleagues and partners to ensure services remain operational and optimized
• System monitoring and reporting
• Security updates and hardening
• Mobile device management
• Review effectiveness of existing processes and propose improvements
• Support users with variety of technical issues; recording and escalating incidents as required
• Monitor and manage data protection solution and media retention schedules
• Coordinate system maintenance schedules and communications
• Analyze trends and customer feedback to continuously improve customer experience
• On call for service outages
