Job Description Summary

Responsible for overseeing a comprehensive AI governance framework within the organization. AI governance describe the policies, processes, and regulations that guide the development, deployment, and oversight of artificial intelligence systems. It’s to ensure AI technologies are used responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with legal standards. This role includes managing the strategic implementation of AI governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting best practices for ethical AI deployment. Key task will be coordination with cross-functional stakeholders in risk, legal, compliance, security, data privacy, and the business teams.

Responsibilities

• Governance framework : conduct gap analysis of the current global AI governance framework and policies against the client landscape, making sure it applies to the business context.
• Develop any supplementary procedures, guidance, around AI deployment, as required, including how to coordinate with different teams for AI risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Change management efforts around organizational awareness and adoption of AI governance practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication via oversight committees.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines, requiring them to work closely with legal teams to understand regulations and changes in requirements.
• Advise on the ethical implications of AI technologies.
• Develop training programs on AI governance, conduct corresponding workshops and seminars on AI risk management.

Job Related Experience

Minimum Requirement :

A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the fields in : computer science, data science, AI, IT Risk Management, data governance, security governance or related fields.
