We are searching for an In-Field Marketing Associate to join our team! If you are driven, passionate, and ready to immerse yourself in strategic communication and face-to-face brand-building, this could be the perfect fit for you.
This isn’t your typical desk job. As an In-Field Marketing Associate, you will be actively engaging with communities and making direct connections through residential canvassing and in-person interactions. From one-on-one conversations to coordinating impactful campaigns, your role will be hands-on, dynamic, and impactful.
Responsibilities :
- Strategize and execute in-field B2C marketing initiatives, including residential canvassing, retail events, and local sponsorships that resonate with our target audiences.
- Meet potential customers in local residential areas and public venues, building authentic relationships and representing our clients’ brands with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Craft compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and promotional tools to ensure every campaign hits the mark.
- Organize and oversee promotional events and community outreach initiatives, ensuring they are seamless and effective.
- Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize results, making sure every effort drives measurable success.
- Work alongside our Marketing and Sales Managers, soaking up expertise and contributing your unique perspective.
