The successful candidate will need to relocate. Salary Range : $45-$55 Per hour
Job Description
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) : Communicate and meet HSE objectives, conduct monthly audits, and manage safety meetings.
- Behavior Based Safety (BBS) : Deploy and utilize BBS programs daily, including Behavior Based Observations, Field Level Risk Assessments, and Near Miss recording.
- Incident Management : Lead investigations and root cause analysis for unplanned events, and develop Lessons Learned with coordinators.
- Operational Performance : Communicate and meet operational objectives, support coordinators and lab personnel, and identify and implement improvements.
- Scheduling and Timesheets : Develop work schedules, review and approve timesheets, and coordinate external analysis.
- Equipment Maintenance : Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance plan for lab equipment, and monitor performance and repairs.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with SGS quality systems (ISO), review key quality data, and develop corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement : Champion projects like 5S, Kaizens, and waste reduction, and ensure OGC Core audits are carried out.
- Training and Compliance : Ensure training aligns with SGS and client best practices, direct employees are supported in their personal development and work according to SGS’s compliance requirements and Code of Integrity.
