We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Stacked Pancake&Breakfast House. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a motivated team. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating positive experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Monitor Revenues : Analyze sales and labour cost reports to ensure operational efficiency.
Staff Supervision : Oversee the daily performance of the front-of-house team, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.
Recruitment : Source, interview, and hire front-of-house staff.
Staff Scheduling : Create and manage staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Training and Development : Provide training to new staff and ongoing development to existing team members to ensure the highest service standards.
Inventory Management : Organize and maintain inventory, ordering food and supplies as needed.
Supplier Negotiations : Communicate with suppliers and negotiate terms for food and other necessary supplies.
Customer Service : Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Customer Interaction : Ensure guests receive a welcoming experience and receive top-tier service from the front-of-house team.

Qualifications

Education :

College / CEGEP level education preferred.

Experience :

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Certifications :

Safe Food Handling Certificate.

Food Safety Certificate.
