JOB S UMMARY Reporting to the site manager, the role will be responsible for running the overall day-to-day management of the harvest operations and directing activities to ensure a quality product.  Oversee the direction of all personnel in the department. Drive production to achieve all safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.  Fill in for the site Manager during absences.
