Job description

Position : Batch Maker

Shift : Night

Salary : $30 - $33 / hour

Location : Baie d'Urfe

Responsibilities

Here are the responsibilities of the Batch Maker :

  • Prepare, assemble, disassemble and clean work equipment
  • Weigh raw materials according to recipes
  • Prepare and manufacture products in compliance with safety standards and good manufacturing practices
  • Operate automated equipment for the production of healthcare products products
  • Ensure compliance with current procedures and operating modes
  • Accurately document all production activities
  • Collaborate with various departments (warehouse, quality assurance, validation, safety, etc.)
  • Clean workstations and equipment
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma, AEC or DEC in a related discipline
  • Ability to lift, push and pull loads up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work in the Baie d'Urfe area
  • Minumum 3 years of stable experience as a Batch Maker or in a similar position
  • Relevant experience with automated equipment and systems in the manufacturing sector

  • Relevant experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or cosmetic sector (an asset)
