Job Title : Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. You will be providing valuable support to the Distribution department with various clerical and administrative functions. This will include the administration of different department projects and tasks related to all phases of logistics activities. Your responsibilities will range from outbound and inbound logistics to supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

Hard Skills

• University degree in Data Science, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or Business
• 1 to 2 years of work-related experience
• Knowledge of logistics and terminologies, process of working with shipping carriers and associated documentation BOL, Customs clearance
• Experience in preparing shipping documents and scheduling with transportation companies
• Proven track record in tracking and controlling the on-time delivery of cargos from warehouse(s) to final customers
• Experience in scheduling inbound and outbound containers to warehouses

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, British Columbia.

Work Environment

You will be working in a full-time office environment, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm with and a one-hour lunch break.
