Job descriptionGreets visitors; monitors and maintains visitor records. Responds to incoming calls, routes calls to the appropriate department or person. Performs clerical and administrative duties as required. Distributes incoming mail, stamps and prepares outgoing mail for Post Office. Prepares outgoing courier packages. Orders office stationery and business cards; assists Purchaser as required. Acts as point of contact for employees participating in various company social events and programs, as required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs Good communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated strong customer service skills, must be service-oriented. Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good time-management and organizational skills. Strong time-management and organizational skills. JOB SUMMARY :
As a member of the Customer Service team, you’ll be an essential contributor to our success. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the first point of contact for visitors arriving in person or those contacting Emmerson Packaging by phone.
