The Vice President & General Manager (VP & GM) will be a key leader, responsible for shaping Hiboo Networks’ long-term vision and aligning corporate strategy with business growth. This executive will drive strategic direction, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure financial and operational excellence in a competitive telecom landscape.

This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a strong growth mindset, adept at navigating industry challenges while fostering innovation. The VP & GM will spearhead market expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate a high-performance team built on collaboration and accountability. A critical focus will be on developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and harness emerging technologies to sustain a competitive edge.

Key responsibilities include overseeing network expansion and infrastructure investments, ensuring financial discipline through P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting, and fostering a strong company culture. The VP & GM will also engage with investors, partners, and regulatory bodies to advance the company’s strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the telecom industry is required, demonstrating a track record of driving growth, scaling operations, and collaborating with boards and executive stakeholders. Strategic vision, financial expertise, and strong relationship-building skills will be essential to success.
