About Us

We’re on a mission to accelerate the future of EV mobility. Our patented adaptive power technology is designed to remove the barriers to at-home charging—enabling more drivers to choose electric without costly panel upgrades or infrastructure limitations. As the demand for EVs continues to rise, we’re proud to be delivering a smarter, more flexible charging solution that makes widespread adoption possible.

This isn’t just about chargers—it’s about changing the way energy flows. We believe the future is adaptive, and our team is building the foundation for a more sustainable, electrified tomorrow. If you’re passionate about green tech, EV innovation, and the role smart infrastructure plays in our transition to a low-carbon world, you’ll fit right in.

Join us as we scale a category-defining solution and help shape the future of EV adoption across Canada and beyond.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, we are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Account Manager based in Eastern Ontario to support the early-stage rollout of an electric vehicle (EV) home charger program in partnership with a leading automotive OEM. This is a multi-functional role supporting dealer onboarding, training, account management, and Level 1 customer support. Experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred, as the role involves direct engagement with dealership stakeholders and familiarity with dealer operations is a strong asset. As the program scales, this role is expected to evolve into a more focused account management position with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Support & Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participating dealerships in Eastern Canada (primary territory being Ontario to the East Coast)
  • Guide new dealers through the onboarding process and ensure they have the tools and support to succeed
  • Provide clear and consistent communication, ensuring all program details are understood and executed
  • Track dealer engagement and proactively offer support to maintain high participation

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver training sessions remotely, and in-person when necessary
  • Support new dealership staff or locations with onboarding and refresher training
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise in the EV charger and smart controller product offering and installation process
  • Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with dealership stakeholders
  • Promote engagement with the program and support sales activity within assigned accounts
  • Conduct periodic check-ins and drop-in visits to build rapport and reinforce program value
  • Identify dealer needs or barriers and escalate feedback internally to improve the experience
  • Level 1 Customer Support (as backup when needed)

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email
  • Provide basic assistance and product onboarding support
  • Coordinate with internal fulfillment and support teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
  • Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking in both languages
  • Valid driver’s license (fully unrestricted)
  • Based in Ontario, with flexibility to travel within the province as needed
  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing, training, or support role
  • Automotive industry experience is required, ideally with direct exposure to dealership operations

  • Proactive about outreach—whether it’s connecting with new leads or staying in touch with dealer contacts, you're comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence delivering virtual or in-person sessions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident using digital tools for virtual presentations, CRM updates, and reporting
  • Bonus

  • Familiarity with EV infrastructure, technical installations, or customer onboarding processes
  • Tools & Technology

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)
  • Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM for tracking activity and managing workflows
  • Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and presentation tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
  • Ability to navigate file sharing, ticketing systems, and digital onboarding portals
  • Willingness to learn internal systems related to EV charger onboarding and smart controller configuration
  • Why Work with Us

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup on the ground floor. We’re bringing an innovative, patented EV charging technology to market and building a dynamic, driven team to help us scale. We operate with a startup mindset, which means we’re hands-on, collaborative, and not afraid to wear multiple hats. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the chance to carve out your own path as the company grows, this is the place to do it.

We also believe culture is everything. We’re a team that values respect, integrity, and a sense of humour. Simply put, we believe the best teams are built on mutual respect, low ego, and a can-do attitude. We’re building something special, and we want great people to build it with us.
