Certifications in ERP systems, project management (PMP), or change management (PROSCI) would also be valuable. Driving Strategic Excellence
As the ERP Director- Merchandise you will be responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of a key functional area within the Dynamics 365 ERP system. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, drive process improvements, and support organizational change. Led by the Vice-President, ERP & Project Management Office this opportunity will suit someone who has strong leadership skills with the ability to influence.

- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for your respective function, aligning with business objectives and impacted stakeholders.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption with the ability to communicate your message at all levels within the organization.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving, working closely with other functional leads and stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration across all ERP modules.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Take full responsibility for the work stream and ensuring its successful completion for all their functional areas (Project Plan, Data, Requirements, Fit / Gap, Change, Training, etc.).
