Responsibilities :

Perform daily accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices and issuing payments
Match, batch, and code invoices and submit them for approval
Journal entries
Assist with expense reports
Cheque runs
Generating EFT payments
Other duties as required
Previous experience as an Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors
Proficient in computer software including MS Excel and accounting systems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
