Job description

Role : Technical Specialist.

Location : Brampton, ON (Onsite).

Duration : 12+ Months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Primary point of contact for Client OSS EMS team.
  • Coordinating all project activities and ensuring alignment with SLAs.
  • Oversee NMS Tools upgrades, patch prioritization, and deployment schedules in collaboration with Client' QA, patching, and technical teams.
  • Manage risk assessments, change documentation, and CAB process adherence during production deployments.
  • Ensure timely knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and compliance with Client' security / operational standards.

Skills :

  • Proven experience in managing and coordination deliveries in a multi-vendor EMS environment comprising of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, CAB, and telecom network operations.
  • Strong understanding oof Change management, change reporting, risk management and mitigation, and post change validations.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in process improvement In the area of application deployment, upgrade, patching, documentation to achieve continuous improvement.
