Job descriptionProven experience in equipment sales, preferably agricultural Familiarity with grain handling systems, small engines, and mechanical components Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with inventory and ordering systems Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer needs Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Duties will include but not limited to :
- Maintaining inventory purchases, receipts, invoicing and point of sale systems, including driving sales of agricultural equipment including grain bins, augers, conveyors, and related systems.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on equipment options, features, and suitability for their operations
- Prepare and present equipment quotes, close sales, and follow through with customer support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Order, track, and organize parts inventory for equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies
- Maintain organized records of sales, quotes and inventory
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technical specifications
- Other duties as assigned
