Conair is the largest, privately owned, fixed-wing aerial firefighting company in the world, operating a fleet of 70 specialized aircraft to fight forest fires. We have been supporting government agencies around the globe for over 50 years, with a reputation of providing service excellence, making us an industry leader. We are aerospace engineering experts, creating 15 different airtanker types, converting hundreds of aircraft into airtankers. We are aviation maintenance experts, performing repair, maintenance and overhaul on our fleet. And we are operators, providing airtankers, crew and maintenance on contract over fire seasons to government agencies including Canada, the US, Australia and France. Job Summary : The Data Entry & Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting data into digital databases, excel spreadsheets, and inquiring inventory records. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of the inventory management process.

Job Type : Temporary

Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry :

Input data from various sources / invoice into digital databases & spreadsheets.
Update and maintain inventory records.
Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies.
Enter and support base shipping stock transfers during operation season.

Inventory Entry :

Enter data and maintain inventory counts.

Perform regular inventory counts.

Conduct spot checks on counted inventory.

Implement loss prevention measures.

Administrative Support :

Work closely with the Logistics & Inventory lead hand.

Create shipping paperwork for certain loads.

Assist with filing and organizing digital and physical documents.

Order vehicle rentals and track data on spreadsheets.

Communicate with manager and internal team players regarding inventory discrepancies.

Support other warehouse tasks as required.

Maintain workplace in a clean, organized and safe manner.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or inventory counting is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry and inventory management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Knowledge of ERP Systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions :

Office environment with visits to the warehouse or storage areas.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and move inventory items as needed.

Work on Call as required.

Monday to Friday (40 Hours).

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship or permanent residency).
