The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Campaigns Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize B2B digital marketing campaigns using Microsoft D365 and a full suite of marketing automation tools. This role is focused on leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager , the specialist will align digital marketing efforts with business objectives to deliver highly targeted and effective campaigns.
This position requires collaboration across marketing, sales, and analytics teams to craft seamless customer journeys that complement broader marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, strategic, and skilled at using data to inform decision-making, ensuring campaigns meet engagement and conversion goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of B2B digital campaigns, leveraging Microsoft D365 and marketing automation tools to enable lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns.
- Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, behavior-based triggers, and drip campaigns to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry compliance standards and regulations.
- Analyze campaign performance using D365 and digital analytics tools, refining strategies based on data insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A / B testing on various campaign elements, including content, timing, and audience segmentation, to maximize results.
- Design and implement marketing workflows, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies for effective audience targeting and personalization.
- Work closely with data teams to manage audience segmentation and improve customer experiences.
- Optimize email templates and marketing processes to enhance performance across digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, and creative teams—to align messaging and campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Provide training and insights on best practices in marketing automation and data-driven campaign management.
- Develop digital strategies to support customer retention and loyalty programs , enhancing long-term B2B relationships.
- Use customer insights and market research to personalize marketing efforts and improve digital engagement.
