Location : Various locations across New Brunswick
The IT Specialist / Database Manager oversees the organization’s technology infrastructure and database systems. This role ensures the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT systems to support the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide IT support to staff.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Monitor database performance and perform regular updates and backups.
- Train staff on the use of IT systems and software.
- Research and recommend technology upgrades or improvements.
- Collaborate with external vendors for IT-related services.
