Raise is hiring a  Senior Data Architect  for our client, a leading Alberta energy company. They’re passionate about safeguarding public safety and environmental integrity while fostering responsible, efficient, and secure energy development.

This position is a  six (6)-month contract  located in  Calgary, Alberta . We are actively seeking talented professionals like you to drive these crucial initiatives forward.

Accountabilities

• Participates in building out the cloud data architecture and extending / establishing reference architecture and patterns, especially around data sharing.
• Provides architecture and technical guidance and support to other projects involving cloud data usage.
• Provide technical advice and support to the Practice Lead of Data Architecture in implementing the cloud data architecture.
• Supports enterprise governance committees in decision-making by reviewing presentations and deliverables and providing cloud data architectural guidance and recommendations to project teams as required.
• Provides technical advice during the transition of company data assets to a cloud-based architecture.
• Assists in successful completion of data architecture activities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical leads of other enterprise architecture domains (business, solution, infrastructure, and security) to ensure effective and efficient delivery of technical solutions.
• Assists in troubleshooting and developing solutions to data related issues.
