Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Protection Expert with deep expertise in Protegrity to design, implement, and manage data security solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with data protection regulations while securing sensitive data in Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, and Collibra environments.
Main Responsibilities
Data Protection and Security
Design and implement data protection strategies with Protegrity.
Configure and manage encryption, tokenization, and data masking mechanisms in cloud environments.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other legal frameworks.
Define and enforce data governance policies in collaboration with the security and compliance teams. Cloud & Data Platform Integration
Deploy Protegrity solutions within Azure environments (ADF, Data Lake Gen2), Snowflake, and Collibra.
Integrate data security measures into Azure DevOps pipelines to ensure automated compliance.
Optimize the performance and scalability of Protegrity solutions on cloud platforms.
Governance and Compliance
Use Collibra to manage data lineage, metadata, and governance.
Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and enforce the principle of least privilege.
Collaborate with data engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure consistent application of data protection policies.
Monitoring and Incident Response
Define monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect potential data breaches.
Ensure effective management of security incidents and contribute to their resolution and forensic analysis. Continuously assess and improve data security posture across various platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data security and protection, with advanced expertise in Protegrity.
- Proficiency in encryption, tokenization, masking, and key management techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Gen2, Snowflake, and Collibra.
- Expertise in cloud security (Azure) and DevSecOps integration (Azure DevOps).
- Sound knowledge of data governance tools and compliance standards.
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, SQL) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and cross-functional teamwork.
- Bilingual French and English (FLEX)
