Understand and be able to work from technical documents. If needed communicate with the customer. Ability to apply any finish to a cabinet. Excellent skills in carpentry. Experience with all tools / machines used in the production of bespoke cabinets. Must be a team player and have good people skills. Positive attitude, extremely organised, detail oriented and customer focused. Must be able to meet tight deadlines when needed. Available for overtime if necessary. Hardworking nature. Good computer skills.
