Ninja Japanese and Korean Cuisine is seeking a F / T Restaurant Manager

  • Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage : $28.00~$35.00 / hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours : 30-40 hours / week
  • Number of Positions : 1
  • Work Location : 4605 Lakelse Ave, Terrace, BC V8G 1p9
  • 4% vacation pay

    • Job Duties :

  • Manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
  • Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
  • Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
  • Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
  • Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

    • Job requirements :

  • Experience : 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
  • Education : Completion of secondary school is required.
