As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role will not only focus on identifying and placing top candidates but will also contribute to business development efforts to expand our client base.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with clients to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to attract top talent.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates.

Business Development & Client Management :

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce Forge Consulting Group’s services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and service agreements with clients.
  • Track and manage client interactions using a CRM system.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience : 1+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field (agency or corporate).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings and client accounts.
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable with outbound business development and sales efforts.
