Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Dynamics CRM Consultant to support a major Dynamics CRM implementation for a financial client in Canada. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM , Business and Functional Analysis , and a strong understanding of CRM solutions in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
  • Conduct business and functional analysis , gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to align with business processes and client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and success.
  • Act as a key advisor to the client, ensuring best practices and efficiency in CRM usage.
  • Potential travel to Canada for 1-2 days during the project (as needed).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Consultant , with a strong track record of implementations.
  • Strong background in Business and Functional Analysis , particularly in CRM solutions.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and customization .
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience with Azure and cloud-based CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
