We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team at Exposant. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in sales, marketing, or related fields who are passionate about software solutions and recruitment / professional services.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Identify and qualify new recruitment opportunities through both inbound and outbound efforts (calls, emails, outreach).
Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring challenges and present tailored recruitment solutions, including software expertise.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with leads and existing clients.
Analyze market trends, industry demands, and competitor offerings to uncover growth opportunities.
Stay informed about emerging technologies in the software industry.
Collaborate closely with sales, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver client-focused proposals.
Support sales initiatives and participate in regular team meetings to achieve recruitment goals.
Track and report on sales metrics, including leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation within our CRM tools.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within recruitment, IT services, consulting, or related industries.
Familiarity with software solutions and recruitment strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Sales Navigator.
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions within a recruitment context.
A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
