Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA and OBC standards
Conduct S1001 test and report
Smoke control tests and prepare detailed reports for various projects
Develop comprehensive fire safety plans for new and existing buildings
Ensure all designs and reports meet relevant safety codes and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful implementation of fire safety systems

Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and OBC (Ontario Building Code) standards

Proven experience in conducting S1001 test, smoke control tests and preparing associated reports

Expertise in preparing and presenting fire safety plans

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
