Job descriptionCollege diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Estimation, or Construction. 5+ years of experience in estimating high-rise residential projects (10+ stories). Strong knowledge of concrete structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Procore. Fluent in French and English (spoken & written). Examiner et interpréter les plans et rapports architecturaux, structurels, civils, mécaniques et électriques. Effectuer des relevés quantitatifs et assister à la préparation des budgets de construction. Soutenir les processus de financement en rassemblant les documents requis. Coordonner les échéanciers d’approvisionnement et la sélection des sous-traitants. Préparer et gérer les processus d’appel d’offres en garantissant la conformité et des prix compétitifs. Superviser l’achat des matériaux, les livraisons et la logistique de stockage. Analyser les soumissions, formuler des recommandations et participer aux négociations contractuelles. Diplôme collégial ou baccalauréat en génie civil, architecture, estimation ou construction. 5+ ans d’expérience en estimation de projets résidentiels de grande hauteur (10+ étages). Excellente connaissance des structures en béton. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, AutoCAD et Procore. Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).

- Oversee material purchases, deliveries, and storage logistics.
- Analyze bids, make recommendations, and participate in contract negotiations.
