Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands‑on opportunity? Kal Tire is seeking Tire Retread Technicians to join our team at our re‑manufacturing facility in Sparwood, BC. As a Tire Retread Technician, you’ll play a key role in extending the life of commercial tires through the retreading process, helping reduce waste and support our commitment to sustainability. You’ll be part of a close‑knit production team that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

What to Expect in This Role

• You’ll work in a manufacturing environment that can be warm, noisy, and fast‑paced.
• You’ll be on your feet most of the day, using hand tools and machines to inspect, buff, and prepare tires for retreading.
• The work is repetitive but methodical, requiring patience and a strong attention to detail.
• You’ll wear protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, steel‑toe boots) and follow strict safety procedures.
• You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to meet daily production goals.
