The Role :

As a Warehouse Lead, you will assist the store management team with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will ensure the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom, and keep logistics up to date. Safety will be your top priority as you supervise, coach, and train all warehouse team members on warehouse processes.

Other duties include :

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Manage warehouse inventory and control losses, damages, and thefts
• Communicate merchandise arrivals to the store team to ensure proper stock turnaround
• Print relevant receiving reports to ensure all are received or sent with no outstanding POs or transfers

Qualifications

The hourly wage for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional Information

Physical demands include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying). Movement of products using ladders and stock pickers is required.
