Our client, a well-established company specializing in pipeline and civil construction projects, is seeking a Health & Safety Lead to join their team in the Fraser Valley. This role is ideal for a safety professional with strong leadership and technical skills who is looking to grow into a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee safety initiatives across pipeline and civil construction projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the safety team.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams and senior management to drive a strong safety culture.
- Support the Corporate Safety Manager in strategic planning and continuous improvement of safety programs.
