The Position

Key Responsibilities
- Know the Company Vision Statement and understand the four Core Values
- Responsible for all aspects of Casino Security : including protection of Casino assets, safety of customers and employees, compliance with Internal Control procedures and legal implications of the Gaming Control Act, Liquor License Act, Trespass to Property Act
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the Casino, Hotel and Parking Lots
- Provide information and directions requested by patrons, employees
- Act in a fair and professional manner
- Prepare detailed documentation of significant activities (notebooks, statements, reports, etc)
- Legally detain for probable cause, those persons that may be involved in illegal acts and for the purpose of notifying law enforcement authorities
- Provide emergency medical assistance to guests and employees
- Smile and be courteous
