Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Park Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the performance of gatehouse operations and customer service along with assistance in general maintenance of the parks as required. Duties may include responding to general conservation area inquiries in person, over telephone or email, processing cash receipts and transactions, issuing day-use and camping permits, conducting park facilities rentals and bookings, providing daily cash handling oversight and assisting with account reports and reconciliations. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to park visitors and ensuring the safe condition of the conservation area.
