Job description10+ years in project management, or 5+ years with a professional certification. PhD or Master's degree in relevant fields (Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, Education, etc.) Test development knowledge (e.g., Item Response Theory, Computer Adaptive Testing). Demonstrated experience in project management and psychometric tools. Experience in test development, including aspects like computer adaptive testing and psychometric evaluations.

Contract Duration : 30 days with 2 potential extensions
Location : Contractor’s site, with occasional DND facility visits (access provided by DND)
Objective :
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the development of CAF selection assessment tools within the Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis (DGMPRA). The role will involve overseeing a project team in the creation of a computer adaptive cognitive assessment aligned with modern testing theories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Liaise with Technical Authority / internal stakeholders to ensure task understanding and resource qualification.
- Oversee project tasks, including quality assurance and deliverable management.
- Manage project administration : scheduling, progress reports, and finance / contracting matters.
- Ensure effective delivery of cognitive assessment tools via DND's IT platform.
