To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to lead ouraccounting functions and support financial decision-making across theorganization. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CFO that partners closely with Operationsand IT teams to drive accuracy compliance and operational efficiency.

InThis Role You Will :

Lead all accounting functionsand internal controls.

Collaborate with Operations toanalyze maintain and enhance costing and to improve inventory processes.

Support budgeting forecastingand long-term financial planning.

Analyze performance trends andprovide financial insights for capital investments.

Partner with IT to consolidate datafrom multiple sources into actionable reports.

Enhance reporting systems anddashboard tools for timely decision-making.

Ensure compliance with taxlegal and regulatory requirements.

Document and enforce accountingpolicies; support external audits.

Were Looking For :

A degreeor diploma in Finance or related field.

Progressivesenior-level experience in accounting / finance preferably in manufacturing.

Strongknowledge of cost accounting standard costing and variance analysis.

Experiencemanaging small accounting teams.

Proficiencywith ERP systems and advanced Excel tools (Power Query Power BI) is consideredan asset.

Strongleadership communication and problem-solving skills.

CPAdesignation and manufacturing experience are considered assets.
