Le directeur des ventes de la succursale de Maniwaki, coordonne, structure, encadre et surveille, les diverses activités du département des ventes et du personnel afin d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES
Le directeur des ventes exerce une partie ou l'ensemble des fonctions suivantes :
- Coordonne, structure, encadre, évalue et dirige les activités du département des ventes.
- Gestion des activités RH telles que l'évaluation des performances, la formation et la discipline.
- S’assure du respect des politiques, procédures et objectifs fixés par l'entreprise en accord avec la mission, la vision et les valeurs établies.
- Participe à des réunions internes et résolutions des problèmes liés au travail.
- S’assure que l’équipe de ventes reste compétitive et prête à affronter la concurrence, tout en fixant et en suivant les objectifs et en apportant un soutien aux conseillers en vente.
- Analyse des rapports de ventes.
- Assistance aux clients, résolution des plaintes et autres tâches connexes.
- Collaboration étroite sur les décisions administratives, étant un relais important pour l'application des décisions prises par la haute direction.
EXIGENCES REQUISES
Expérience
3 ans à moins de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente;
