We are looking for maternity leave coverage, from January to January. While with Fix Network you will have a chance to take part in everything brand strategy. In the role will have the chance to achieve results, impress, and be a part of an amazing team!
Reporting to the VP Brand Marketing, Partnerships and Events, the Global Brand Strategist-Retail is responsible for working across all divisions and country organizations providing direction and oversight of the go-to market strategy for specific Fix Network retail business lines. This role will act in partnership with the global team and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans that drive growth, increase brand awareness and loyalty.
He / she is responsible for maintaining and increasing market share by understanding and articulating the Fix Network retail brands’ value proposition. He / she in will develop and plan innovative messaging and campaigns that will be localized with country regions. By supporting the regions, he / she will deliver programs which resonate with target audiences and cultivate a positive image of the products and services they represent.
Job Duties
- Develop effective short- and long-term global brand strategies and initiatives that align with corporate goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform brand positioning, USPs and audience targeting
- Combine analytical data and creative elements to enhance brand visibility, market growth, brand recognition and revenue
- Develop, evolve, and manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency at all touchpoints and adherence across all internal and external communications
- Work with external agencies and partners to develop and execute global marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with internal team members from marketing, sales, operations and communications, and external suppliers to ensure the brand strategy is being applied consistently. This may include everything from brainstorming marketing initiatives and identifying appropriate marketing channels, to reviewing copy, graphics, and other assets before a campaign launch
- Liaises with marketing to create promotional activities and customer loyalty programs to drive sales and build market credibility
- Acts as the comprehensive brand information and support resource for all global and regional team members
- Manages tactical library of sales and promotional tools along with utilization guides for regional marketing teams
- Performs other duties as assigned.
