About us
IDN-Canada is a leading security and door hardware distributor providing security products, access control solutions and more to security professionals across Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for a permanent full-time Counter Sales / Warehouse position to join our Calgary, AB team. This role will be prioritizing warehouse functions with opportunity to grow into sales.
A Day in the Life :
- Shipping / receiving orders and transfers
- Stocking & organizing products
- Assisting in regular stock counts
- Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following : loading / unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
- Entering transactions into computer systems
- Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
- Assisting customers in person, by phone, and electronically
- Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm.
