We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee our Amazon Seller Account and Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have experience with product listings, inventory management, and customer service in an e-commerce setting. This role is essential in driving sales and enhancing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Listing Management : Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring they are fully compliant and attractive to potential buyers.
- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment : Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely shipping and delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, potential new products, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales and conversion rates.
- SEO Optimization : Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings on Amazon and Shopify.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance product presentation.
