Job description

Position Overview

Quinn AI is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in B2B Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales analytics, and forecasting to help our customers maximize the value of their revenue data using the Quinn AI platform .

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work directly with revenue leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), improve revenue forecasting, and support data-driven decision-making using Quinn AI . You’ll also collaborate with Quinn’s product and engineering teams , representing the voice of the customer to shape new features, forecasting capabilities, and revenue intelligence insights.

Quinn AI is an innovative early-stage startup founded by two former Amazon executives . We have achieved promising early results and aim to revolutionize traditional business and revenue operations. By integrating a best-in-class Business Operating System with advanced machine learning analytics and a conversational AI advisor, we are poised to transform the industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer-Facing Revenue Analytics & Insights

  • Guide customers in defining and tracking the right KPIs for revenue performance, sales efficiency, and pipeline health within Quinn AI.
  • Analyze customer revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales pipeline, bookings, churn, and retention.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by helping customers refine their revenue models and interpret Quinn AI’s predictive insights.
  • Support the execution of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing customers with best-practice KPI tracking and performance analysis.
  • Provide benchmarking insights, helping customers compare their revenue performance against industry peers.

2. Customer Enablement & Best Practices

  • Train and support customers in operationalizing Quinn AI for forecasting, revenue planning, and performance inspections.
  • Develop and implement best-practice playbooks for :
  • Revenue inspection – Identifying revenue trends, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Business planning – Helping customers structure their annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue plans.
  • Goal setting – Assisting in defining, measuring, and tracking sales and revenue targets.
  • Decision-making – Providing data-driven insights to improve RevOps efficiency and revenue growth strategies.
  • Advise customers on data structuring to improve data accuracy, KPI integrity, and automation within Quinn AI.
  • 3. Internal Collaboration & Product Influence

  • Act as a key voice of the customer, working with Quinn’s product and engineering teams to refine Quinn’s forecasting, planning, and decision support models.
  • Collaborate on feature development, ensuring Quinn AI’s insights align with customer needs and RevOps best practices.
  • Help shape Quinn’s AI-driven recommendations for revenue leaders, such as churn prediction, pipeline optimization, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with engineers to improve Quinn’s data ingestion, KPI calculations, and revenue intelligence algorithms.
  • Qualifications

    Must-Have :

  • 3+ years in B2B or B2C Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Data Analytics, working directly with B2B revenue data.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and KPI tracking.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) data structures.
  • Proven ability to engage customers, explain complex data, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine analytics tools.
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling for revenue forecasting and churn analysis.
