Job description

Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Position Overview

Quinn AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to help us build the next generation of our AI-powered B2B revenue management platform. You will play a critical role in developing product features end-to-end, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces, while contributing to the technical foundation that will scale with our growing customer base.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with Quinn’s leadership team and experienced engineers, collaborating across product, data science, and design. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about delivering real value to customers. You’ll help us invent and simplify new ways to manage revenue, shape our engineering culture, and build systems that scale.

Quinn AI is an early-stage startup founded by two former Amazon executives. With strong early traction and paying customers, we are building the Agentic B2B Revenue Advisor – a digital revenue leader that helps B2B companies improve revenue performance through data, automation, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Development

  • Design, build, and maintain core product features across backend and frontend.
  • Develop user-facing interfaces and backend services that support scalable, reliable features.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle for key initiatives, from idea to production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, design, and rest of the tech team to translate customer needs into intuitive, high-performing solutions.
  • Contribute to technical scoping, architectural decisions, and roadmap planning.
  • Integrate AI-driven services and third-party APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Engineering Excellence

  • Define and implement best practices for code quality, testing, deployments, and documentation.
  • Help champion a culture of speed, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers as the team scales.
  • Platform Scale & Reliability

  • Ensure the platform is built for performance, extensibility, and growth across multiple customers and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, SFDC).
  • Develop efficient APIs, secure data flows, and robust backend infrastructure.
  • Leverage AWS to optimize deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Qualifications

    Must-Have :

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React and TypeScript).
  • Experience with backend development in Python.
  • Proficient in working with relational and NoSQL databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end product features in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and building scalable RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Docker, and CI / CD workflows.
  • Clear communication skills and a bias for action.
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or machine learning-powered apps.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, time-series data, or analytics platforms.
  • Previous experience building B2B SaaS tools, especially in revenue operations or sales intelligence domains.
  • You’re a great fit if you :

  • Take ownership and drive projects from idea to launch.
  • Thrive in customer-first environments where feedback drives priorities.
  • Have a knack for simplifying complex systems and building scalable solutions.
  • Think big and move fast while earning the trust of teammates and customers.
  • Are energized by the opportunity to help define engineering culture at an early-stage startup.
  • Why Join Quinn AI?

  • Build foundational systems for a category-defining AI product.
  • Collaborate with a highly experienced leadership team and supportive peers.
  • Work on real customer problems with visible impact and fast iteration cycles.
  • Help reinvent how revenue leaders manage performance, forecasts, and decisions.
