Bayshore is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Casual Health Care Aide / Caregiver / Personal Support Worker (2) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
This position is based in Lethbridge, AB .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management
- Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events
- Administer personal care services according to the care plan directives
- Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to their needs
- Perform specialized procedures with proper training and current competency
- Observe and document client conditions, report any changes or unusual events
- Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices
