Responsibilities
Responds to incoming calls from external customers regarding technical questions about products and provides information on pricing and inventory.
Processes customer orders and coordinates their logistical organization.
Manages customer complaints following internal procedures.
Qualifications
College or university degree in business management, administration, or a related
field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service.
Basic experience in customer order logistics management.
SKILLS
Ability to adapt to constant changes.
Leadership skills.
Communication skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of the HVAC field (asset).
